Acting Commissioner of Police, Rusiate Tudravu of th Southern Division recorded the highest number of cases with 76 reports. He said 66 cases were for failure to wear mask, six for social gathering and four for breach of curfew. “The arrests for failing to wear a mask were recorded in Narere, Makoi, Kinoya, Nadawa, Tacirua, Newtown, Nepani, Laqere, Cunningham, Samabula, Tamavua, Samabula, Raiwaqa, Lami and Nabua,” A/CP Tudravu said. “The Eastern Division recorded ten reports and all were for failure to wear a mask,” he said.
